Notes: I sincerely couldn't tell you where this fic originated. Canonically, Bruce's maternal cousin Kate Kane is Jewish (and well, Bruce's creators were Jewish too). However, DC doesn't always write Bruce as Jewish, so I've taken liberties here. As for Tim's family, I do think Nathan Drake is a lapsed Catholic, while Elena doesn't seem to care enough beyond "we should go to church because that is what Christian families do." Faith isn't oft mentioned in either story, so I tried to incorporate it in a natural way here. If I succeeded, let me know!

Notes: This fic is the second half of camalyng's birthday present! We didn't delve much into the friendship between Sharpay and Mimi, leaving them on the peripheral in the interest of worldbuilding elsewhere, but I've been curious about them in recent months as they were pretty dang similar (and would've found common ground eventually). Sharpay's and Mimi's first meeting was pulled from this old roleplay thread.

Izuku Midoriya, son of Mars and thus a son of warfare and strategy, was no exception to the rule - and neither is Bakugou Katsuki, son of Mars and a son of innovation and fire.

Notes: Written in a desperate attempt to kickstart my gears for this 'verse and the main fic. I keep circling back to these kids, because their friendship means so much to me and we see so little of it in canon. Hopefully this'll motivate me!

Notes: Based on TVD Comics canon, specifically issues that revealed Bonnie having tea with her ancestors & issues that revealed Stefan's former relationship with Amelia Bennett in the 70's. While current canon hasn't contradicted this, it hasn't confirmed it either, so this might be a bit handwave-y for those unfamiliar with the comics.

Notes: This one-shot doesn't match up with the main story. Frankly, I'm not sure it's even 100% canonical, considering it's roughly S2 (Richard Lockwood is out of the picture; Sheena moved back to town with Mason and Jules; Alaric and Jenna are dating, etc), but I wanted to develop Damon's close circle of friends, since they're wildly different from Stefan's close circle.

Notes: A present for my friend Lisa! ♥ I don't remember my initial thought process for this beyond "it would be fun to team Darren up with someone, and who better than Danny and Olette's baby girl?" Since Darren has a girlfriend at this point in the 'verse, they're not really doing more than friend-things, but they might get to ship level some day.
