[ToDR] Peacemaker

Christmas fic for [livejournal.com profile] shokora_kukki. ♥ I hope you enjoy it~

Title: Peacemaker
Fandom: [livejournal.com profile] talesofdressing (Zelos and Senel are both from Team Fujibayashi)
Summary: Stella always finds herself breaking up their fights.
Disclaimer: Only thing I own is the idea of Team Fujibayashi. That's it. >3> Oh, and I guess the language Tamanaa.

"ZELOS!"

"Hey, I could've sworn you hated that comforter!"

Stella groaned, rising from the couch to walk over to one of the bedrooms in her apartment. This happened at least twice a week. For some reason, the young Zelos Wilder decided that it would be fun to bug his roommate over and over. (He never did learn that Senel absolutely hated it!)

And so? They'd fight. Sometimes, it was verbally, sometimes... eh, it really never did get past the constant overuse of gadgets. (How did they use them? It looked complicated.)

Every single time, Stella always found herself in the middle of their arguments. Senel always looked so embarrassed to be caught in them, but she didn't mind. It was actually kind of cute to watch him get into little squabbles with the Chosen.

Sometimes they wouldn't even speak in English. Zelos had picked up enough Tamanaa to even argue back with his babysitter, and so. Yes. They argued in a strange foreign language too. Just like they were now. Whatever happened to using English?

Thankfully, she'd learned enough Tamanaa to interrupt them. She easily walked in-between the two, using her hands to forcefully separate them as she demanded, "Bas!"

Zelos and Senel stared at her before exchanging awkward glances.

"Fine," Zelos muttered before he slung the stained comforter over his shoulders and walked out.

Senel, on the other hand, hung back as his roommate sullenly obeyed Stella's silent command. "... When'd you learn that word?"

"You said it a lot," Stella admitted, swaying slightly as she watched her almost-boyfriend. "It means stop, right?"

He slowly nodded. "Yeah. I'm... actually kinda impressed."

She beamed. "You wanna make dinner?"

"Sure," Senel found himself saying as Stella led him over to the kitchen. "I'll make Raita again."

"That'd be wonderful," She happily replied, taking out the ingredients to make the Trietan yogurt dish. "I guess you'll show me how to make the rice again?"

"Of course."

Crisis averted. Stella sighed of relief as she washed the rice with her hands. For boys that were supposedly well-mannered, they sure fought a lot.
