[TMM] They Never Noticed
Kayt's birthday present is finally here! Sorry it took a while, girl. ^^;
Title: They Never Noticed
Summary: "They were so busy working, they never noticed.."
Disclaimer: Not mine. o.o'
The Fujiwaras were a rich family.
You could tell from their fancy silverware, to the butlers at their homes. Even the washcloths whispered of money. The gold-edged doors screamed it the loudest.
All the money in the world, however, couldn't buy happiness.
They were foolish for trying to think so. All it got them into was just another rat race. They were sluggish at the end of the day, their eyelids just begging to be shut so that they could get enough sleep for the next day...
Money wasn't the answer for a child's well-being.
Day in and day out, they would continue to work in the courts of law. Their footsteps were rarely heard, their voices barely raised above raspy whispers.
They never noticed that their daughter was being silenced by their actions.
Ha, I doubt they never noticed when their daughter began to leave the house more often in search of something to do; they never noticed when their daughter caught wind of a modeling audition.
Right before their eyes, their silenced daughter began to grow up, traveling from one audition to another... acing them with talent she had suppressed before.
The Fujiwaras may be a rich family, but in terms of family happiness, I doubt that they ever had any in the first place.
