Definition: Magical Girl [Original] and Present [ToL]

Yeah, double drabble time again. xD This time, both are presents for Satou.

Title: Definition: Magical Girl
Fandom: Original (all are Kokoro OC's)
Summary: "So, class? What defines a magical girl?"
Claimer: All except Satou Kuroneko belong to me. ♥

"What defines a magical girl?"

The professor tapped the lines he had written on the board with his dry-erase marker. "Anyone? I know it's the last class on Friday, but.."

One hand shakily rose from the sea of confused faces.

The professor took the hand, calling out, "Yes, Beaumont?"

"Um, isn't this supposed to be English class?" The student remarked confusedly, putting his hand down.

"Eheheh," The professor laughed nervously, scratching his cheek. "Well, yes and no. I promise this has to do with something."

No one spoke; the silence was deafening on its own.

Ari shrugged. "Um, Professor? Aren't they girls who save the world with their blinding cuteness and annoying catchphrases?"

"I'll take what I can get," He murmured, not even bothering to call Ari out for not raising her hand. "So.. cute, girls, save the world, catchphrase. But is there more?"

No one wanted to say it. It was too embarrassing for them - the majority of the class were guys, after all. And they normally wanted nothing to do with magical girls. (Except maybe date them on Saturday nights)

So, all eyes went to Ari again. She sighed, raising her hand.

"Professor... are you fishing for the fact that they're similar to superheroes? Like Superman and Batman and stuff."

The professor's eyes lit up; he nodded enthusiastically. "Yep, that's exactly it. Now, your normal teacher wanted me to go over this, but I wasn't sure how to. Since you guys are more familiar with magical girls than Greek heroes, I figured we should start off with that... but maybe comic book superheroes would have been a better choice..."

Dai sighed. "You think?"

Minoru and Kyr both took the liberties of whacking Daisuke for that comment.

Thus, the class lecture went on. One student, however, sat in the back of the classroom, her face wrought with confusion as they went over the stories of Theseus, Hercules, and Perseus.

She finally rose her hand in the middle of the lecture.

The professor blinked, but called on her anyways. "Kuroneko-san? Is something wrong?"

"Professorrrrrrrr," She moaned. "I thought that magical girls were cute. And that they did save the world! And that everyone loved themmmmmmmm!"

Everyone fell over.

She blinked. "....Nya? Did I say something wrong?"

Turning back to her notes, she shrugged. "Maybe they're all just really sleepy. Learning about boring old Greek guys'll do that to ya."

Title: Present
Fandom: Tales of Legendia
Summary: [NO SPOILERS! Well, unless you have no clue who Senel, Shirley, and Norma are] "Senny~ Guess what I got you?"
Disclaimer: Not mine. o.o'

"Hey, Senny~"

Senel jumped, turning to face Norma. "N-Norma?" He asked, blinking confusedly.

Norma smirked, playing casually with the leash in her hand. "I brought you a present."

He tilted his head to the side. "What kind of present?"

She tugged on the leash; Shirley jerked forward in front of the brunette.

"TA-DA!" Norma announced, looking rather pleased with herself. "I bring you... Shirley Fennes on a Leash! This girl will never leave your side now! And she's only 20,000 gald!"

"N-Norma," Shirley shakily replied, struggling to let the leash loose.

It was too late, though - Norma had fled the scene.

"What was that all about," Senel questioned, blinking. Then, he looked down at his wallet - or rather, what was left of it.

"....NORMA!"

That is adorable. XD But Greek heroes aren't boring... just not cute!

Oh, I personally love Greek literature. XD But I didn't think that Satou the character would.

Thanks, though~
