It Takes Two: Chapter Sixteen
Title: Machinery

Pairing: Max/Monica
Disclaimer: Um, this isn't mine. o.o; Enough?
They would sit in my shop back in Palm Brinks for hours upon hours, working on their latest weapons to show the world.
Max's wrench would always take on a new, more mystical appearance after upgrades; Monica's would be a little more unusual. Never mind the appearances - I was sure these weapons would suit them well, and help them more in the future.
They would exchange glances every now and then; she would cling to him while he was adjusting her sword.
Now, I may be an oldie compared to the youngsters, but even I could tell that there was something going on between the two of them.
..Of course, it was spelled out to me when I walked in my shop, coffee in hand, to see the sword user's lips brushed against the richest kid in town's.
They were embarrassed, of course, but I saw nothing wrong with that. After all, they were kiddies.
And kiddies can do mostly anything on my property when working hours are over. Just.. nothing more than kissing, because anything worse than that is something that kiddies aren't supposed to do. Got that?
